The District 3 Policy Manual

 

The LPA National Bylaws cover the District and the Policy Manual is more of a handbook for the district.  The National Bylaws take precedence over the policy manual.

 

Any Amendments for the Policy Manual must be proposed no later than 30 days before it is voted on at a regional.  The Amendments for the District 3 Policy Manual will then get voted on at the regional and must receive 2/3 majority vote of members at the meeting to be approved.
